Trust-wide conference

On 6th October, colleagues from all trust schools participated in a joint training day. Staff were given training on Rosenshine’s Principles, had the opportunity to explore barriers to learning and, most importantly, learned more about the trust’s renewed vision and values. The first staff survey was also launched! It was a great day for all involved.
